The breakfast options are great and enjoyable. the rooms are nicely decorated and well-equipped. - the staff is professional and provides excellent service. - the location is perfect, being close to the Cattle Baron restaurant and within walking distance of other dining options.

When I am in Hermanus, I like staying here. The breakfast is rich and well prepared, with yogurts, cheeses plus fruits. The location is excellent, just a short walk away from Whale Watching.

The initial booking was easy adn efficient. Our greeting at the hotel was warm and our room was really luxurious and well appointed with beautiful views of the Old Harbour. There was live music playing in the evening at the restaurant opposite - and that lured us out to go there, have a meal and enjoy the ambiance. It was wonderful to park in front of the hotel and be able to walk about all the shops and eateries. As we were celebrating our 21st Aniversary, the hotel kindly gave us a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine, together with congratulationary wishes. This touch was most appreciated. I look forward to going back.

The breakfast had a great selection of tasty food and drinks, thanks to a very good service I had a really enjoyable stay and would definitely come back.

The hotel was tidy, and I would go back in a flash. It was an exceptional experience in a well-organized hotel. - the location was the best possible, right in the center of Hermanus. - My bed was very spacious. - the staff were competent and professional. - I dined so close to the venue at Pear Tree.

We are not sure that we received the level of room that we have ordered and one minorthing - the balcony did not have any chairs or table and not useful as expected

Lovely luxury room and the hotel location is right in the centre of Hermanus and we would stay here again. We were at the back of the hotel but still had a view of the deep blue ocean.

Balcony floor needed a clean as the local birds had been busy.

The general layout of the rooms are very good. Tv selection better than other hotels I have stayed in this year. Very clean, quiet and friendly staff.

The rooms here are brand-new and cool with all the necessities like a TV, a coffee maker, and even a balcony for chilling 😊. the staff know their stuff and are well-trained, same goes for the owner.

The staff is well-trained. the hotel has a perfect location really close to the beachfront with views over the Bay and near shops and restaurants. - Convenient access to fabulous coastal path walks. - the nearby Wine Glass Restaurant is a great place to chill out.

Decor and cleanliness of room. Wonderful smell in room. Huge, comfortable bed. Being able to leave the patio door open during the night to let fresh air come in. Being able to walk everywhere we wanted to go - shops and restaurants.

Shower did not seal. Floor very wet.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, the restaurant excellent and the room spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is close to shops and restaurants, but still just a few steps away from the beautiful ocean and its many paths. We sat for hours just watching the whales play in the water.

As the weather during the winter changes so quickly, you sometimes spend quite a few hours in the room and it would be pleasant if the television had more dstv channels available. How about a decoder for each room so that guests can use their own smartcards?
